Amazing value for money; bed comfort, room space, tea/coffee etc in room match what I'd normally expect in a hotel at 2-3x the price and cleanliness leaves most of them standing. No dislikes; if I was to be picky I'd ask for brown bread and Earl Grey tea options at breakfast, but that's all. I’d stay again when in Hereford.

A very big thank you on the warm welcome you gave me on 23 oct 08. The room i had was really lovely, very clean & fresh,the breakfast ,staff was 1st class and nothing was to much trouble even down to asking for dinnerplates & cutlery so i could have an indian meal in my room. It was a real pleasure to stay and great value,therefore i shall be booking again very soon

| Room 17 - What a lovely room, tastefully decorated & clean
and the bathroom, well we could've eaten our breakfast in there it
was so clean, absolutely sparkling. All the staff were friendly and
polite, nothing too much trouble and breakfast was great, should we
visit Hereford again we will definitely return to the Alberta!

Just a quick note to say to thanks for your hospitality extended to us during our visit to your B&B this past Sept (6).
We were very pleased with your service and the convenient access to all the attractions of Hereford.
Our next visit to Hereford will be for a longer duration!
After we left Hereford we traveled onto Bath, Portsmouth and London.
We arrived back home in Canada on September 16th.
I have recommended your B&B to all my friends and colleagues over here if they should happen to be visiting Hereford.

As regular visitors to Hereford we would only ever consider staying
at the Alberta.
A warm sincere welcome always awaits, and after a hard night on the
town, the breakfast is superb. Excellent quality in every way. Very
nice people to do business with. |
